What does "free during early access" actually mean?
The whole product is free to use right now while we onboard the first businesses beyond our own. Not a limited trial of a few features, and no card required. The plan ladder on this page is what Galaxy is expected to cost once early access ends.
So are these prices final?
They are the plan, not a bill. Nothing is charged today. Early-access businesses will be told the pricing before anything changes and will not be moved onto a paid plan without agreeing to it.
What is in the "being built now" section?
Work that is planned and in progress but not shipped — online payments, reminders, the client portal, booking and the marketing layer. It is listed separately from the plans on purpose. If something is in a plan’s feature list, it exists in the product today.
Does Galaxy charge me by AI token?
No pricing page should make a service-business owner think in tokens. Plans describe Copilot, Voice and receipt capacity in plain language. During early access you can also connect your own AI key, in which case that usage is billed to you by the provider directly.
What happens if I outgrow a plan?
The same workspace moves up with the business. Customers, jobs and financial history do not need to be rebuilt because the company grew.
Does Custom Launch replace the subscription?
No. Custom Launch is a one-time implementation, and it is available today. After the setup period the workspace continues on a regular plan.
Does Galaxy work in the United States?
Yes. Pick your state at sign-up and Galaxy uses that state's sales tax rules and rate (all 50 states plus DC are built in), prices in US dollars and your local time zone. Canadian businesses get GST/HST or GST+PST by province the same way. Prices above are the same numbers in CAD or USD — use the switch.
Can Galaxy replace my accountant?
Galaxy keeps operational bookkeeping and your tax position current, which makes an accountant’s job smaller and cheaper. It is not a replacement for professional accounting or filing advice.
Is my data locked in?
No. You can export your business data. A system you cannot leave is not a system you should trust with your books.
