Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated September 10, 2026 · version 2026-09-10
How the trial and the free plan work, how a paid plan starts and stops, and when money comes back. Nothing is charged during early access; this is the policy that applies the day paid plans exist.
The trial and the free plan
A new business gets a 14-day trial of the paid features. No card is taken to start it. When the trial ends, nothing is charged: the account moves to the Free plan unless you actively buy a paid plan. Paid-only features, limits and AI usage then become unavailable, but your data stays and can be exported.
One trial per business. A trial used to dodge payment, to reset limits with a new account, or to scrape the product can be ended.
How a paid plan starts
A paid subscription begins only when you take a clear action to buy it, on a page that shows the price, the currency, how often it renews, and how to cancel. No pre-ticked box and no silent conversion. After you buy, you receive a confirmation you can keep, with the plan, the price, the renewal terms and a link to cancel.
The owner or admin who completes a purchase confirms they are allowed to buy for the business.
Renewal and price changes
A monthly plan renews every month and an annual plan every year until you cancel, at the price shown to you. A price you were promised in writing for a period stays for that period. If a price changes, we tell you before it takes effect and you can cancel first; an already-paid period is never re-priced.
Cancelling
You cancel yourself, online, in Settings → Account. No call, no ticket, no retention maze. We may show one alternative, such as a downgrade, but the cancel button stays where it is. You get a confirmation that future renewals have stopped.
Cancelling stops the next charge. You keep paid access until the end of the period you already paid for, then the account moves to Free. Cancelling does not delete your data; deleting the account is a separate action, described in the Privacy Policy.
Refunds
- First 24 hours after a charge. Ask, and we will normally refund it in full — especially when the charge was accidental and the paid features were barely used. This is a courtesy we extend, not a right you hold, unless the law says otherwise.
- Days 2 to 14. No automatic cash refund for changing your mind, not using the product or forgetting to cancel. We may still offer a partial refund, a credit, a discount or extra time when it is fair to.
- Day 15 and later. No refund and no proration for unused time, seats, AI credits or features.
Regardless of the day, we correct our own billing mistakes: a duplicate charge, the wrong plan or amount, a charge after you cancelled. A charge you did not authorise is investigated under the card network’s rules. Anything a consumer protection law entitles you to, you get.
A refund, credit or free month given as a courtesy is not an admission that anything was wrong, and does not commit us to the same again — for you or for anyone else.
Disputes with your bank
You may always dispute a charge with your card issuer; we will never punish you for a legitimate dispute. We may send the issuer the evidence of the purchase — what was shown, what you clicked, when you used the product. Please do not take a refund from us and a chargeback for the same charge; we may recover the duplicate. An account with a pattern of false disputes or payment fraud may be restricted.
Asking for a refund
Use the contact form and choose “Billing”. Say which charge and why. We reply from a real inbox.
